success!
The appliqué experiment worked! My daughter wore her grandmother’s hand knit sweater this week. She loves it. She even asked her friend to feel how soft it is. Then she told me that it was too hot. Oh, well. I got a picture at least!
hat + mittens finished!
After many attempts, we finally have a set of hat and mittens for the winter season. My daughter loves them, which makes all of the work worth it. I just need to sew name labels in everything for preschool tomorrow and they’ll be ready for action!
