It starts the day after Thanksgiving. T loves Christmas music. Not just any kind, though. He’s a big fan of rock n’ roll Christmas music. Every year the first song he plays is Christmas Wrapping by the Waitresses. (What’s up with them, by the way? Did they never make a video for this song? How does any song from the ’80s not have video?)

Bella and I usually don’t listen to much Christmas music during the day because as soon as T gets home from work, our CDs go into heavy rotation. His latest favorite is Noel! Noel! by Eve 6. He’s teaching Bella how to jump along with this song.

I thought I’d share some of our favorite CDs. I didn’t realize there was A Rock’N’Roll Christmas, Vol. 2. We might have to add that to our collection. Eventually we’d like to collect all five of the Very Special Christmas CDs. But for now, I think we have quite enough!

A Rock N’ Roll Christmas
A Very Special Christmas, Vol. 2
A Very Special Christmas, Vol. 5
Yule B Swingin’ Too
Brand New Year
Quithmuth (Kid’s Christmas)
Amp Up The Holidays

Oh, and I can’t forget the other song that goes into heavy rotation as soon as Hanukkah begins. T has an amazing amount of holiday spirit for a Hindu! Does anyone know of any rock n’ roll Diwali music?

    Merry Christmas
