Are you sure? Because it feels like springtime. Yesterday I did a little “spring cleaning” and de-germed our house. Vacuumed, swept, dusted — I even cleaned off the deck furniture. And I would have spent the afternoon on the deck knitting in the late-day sun if I wasn’t busy watching the Redskins lose their shirts. Bwaa!

Today it is 64 and sunny. We’re going down to The Haymarket. I’m not sure what we’re going to do when we get there, but it will involve sun. And possibly sitting outside. Because, hey! It’s 64 degrees in January!

we’ve had a taste of the wind that you have most of the time. all kinds of leaves and twigs on the lawn this a.m. last night it sounded like the roof was going to blow off, but all is well.
we are excited about seeing you both (and chloe) and look forward to visit ing Haymarket again!
